Once you place your order, there are NO cancelations, NO refunds, NO returns, or NO exchanges. EVERY SALE IS FINAL! If you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can investigate the situation and make it right. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, TCD Nails Acrylic Powders can be used with any liquid monomer.

The processing of your order should take 3-5 BUSINESS days. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. We work hard to offer quick shipping, but occasionally it is out of our hands. Please check your shipping address TWICE before submitting your payment. Customer is RESPONSIBLE for new shipping costs and package if USPS returns your package to sender because of an incorrect address (mailing information) or because it was not claimed. If incorrect information was provided or your package was returned by USPS, we are not liable, or if it is lost during transit. Orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages will not be refunded. Customer is liable for additional shipping costs.

Unfortunately, once order is placed, you can not make chances. We are processing and packaging orders all day, everyday. Most of the time, shipping labels are printed within the first few hours of ordering. Therefore, the order is no longer refundable as we have already begun the packaging process. To prevent delays, please make sure you are ordering the right item(s). Disclaimer: Any products purchased from our store must be used by the buyer. Some of our products pose a choking risk and should not be used by kids. Any product misused after being purchased from TCD Glam Shop.com is not our responsibility.

Orders are properly packaged and secured in a bubble mailer or box to avoid damages. Unfortunately, we will not replace any damaged products or lost or stolen products. Our company is not liable for any damaged goods. We disclaim all liability for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or stolen by the USPS carrier. Additionally, we are not liable for any damages your package experiences as a result of rough handling or bad weather.
