Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped 2-3 days a week, in exception to post office being closed on major Holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days to ship your order, if your order falls on a ship day, your order most likely will be shipped the next business day.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the international shipping fee.

If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local shipping courier office for fees information before placing an order.

Refund/Return Policy

NO refunds, NO returns, ALL ORDERS are final. All cases will be advised, however if your credit card is used without your knowing, that is NOT reason for a refund. Again, we will look into all cases, but absolute no guarantees. We are processing and packaging orders all day, everyday. Most of the time, shipping labels are printed within the first few hours of ordering. Therefore, the order is no longer refundable as we have already begun the packaging process. All orders are final, returns will not be accepted. If you have additional questions or concerns please contact us, we will find a way to best accommodate you!

Once you place your order, there are NO cancelations, NO exchanges, NO returns, NO refunds. EVERY SALE IS FINAL! Thank you for understanding

Order Issues or Damages Upon Delivery

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive the wrong item, or defective item please let us know right away so we can investigate the situation and make it right. 

Orders are properly packaged and secured in a bubble mailer or box to avoid damages. Unfortunately, we will not replace any damaged products or lost or stolen products. Our company is not liable for any damaged goods. We disclaim all liability for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or stolen by the USPS carrier. Additionally, we are not liable for any damages your package experiences as a result of rough handling or bad weather. Thank you for understanding

When are restocks?

EVERY Saturday at 12pm Pacific Time, new items will be added to the website. Set an alarm to make sure you have first choice on the latest and greatest products!

As with all children’s products, adult supervision is required. Some products that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children.
